De praktijk is open voor nieuwe inschrijvingen
De praktijk bevindt zich in Arnhem Noord-Oost; bij de wijken de Paasberg, Geitenkamp, Angerenstein, Monnikenhuizen, Saksen Weimar, Wellenstein, Elsweide, Presikhaaf, Rozendaal en Velp.
De praktijk is te ver verwijderd van de stadsdelen Arnhem Zuid, Arnhem Centrum en Arnhem West om daar gevestigde patiënten goede huisartsenzorg te kunnen leveren. Als u daar woont kunt u zich niet inschrijven in onze praktijk.
Bij het telefoongesprek krijgt u gerichte informatie welke procedure gevolgd wordt om uw inschrijving compleet te maken.
De huisarts wil graag persoonlijk met nieuwe patienten kennismaken. Als we uw medisch dossier hebben ontvangen, bellen we op om een kennismakingsgesprek in te plannen.

The practice is located in Arnhem Noord-Oost; nearby the districts the Paasberg, Geitenkamp, Angerenstein, Monnikenhuizen, Saksen Weimar, Wellenstein, Elsweide, Presikhaaf, Rozendaal and Velp.
The practice is too far away from the districts Arnhem Zuid, Arnhem Centrum and Arnhem West to provide good GP care to patients living there. If you live there, you cannot register in our practice.
During the telephone conversation, you will receive specific information about the procedure that will be followed to complete your registration.
The GP would like to meet new patients personally. Once we have received your medical file, we will call you to schedule a first appointment.
